Poor internet or low storage. Clear your app cache:
Go to Phone Settings → App Management
Select Bittoken → Storage
Clear Cache and Storage/Data

Tasks require linked social media handles:
Go to Profile → Edit Profile
Add your social media handles
Also ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Why can't I login to my App?
You may be using an outdated version. Delete and reinstall from Google Play or the App Store. Also ensure your Telegram BOT ID is linked to your Mining App.
I find it difficult to upload my profile picture. Why?
Your photo must be under 500KB. Tips to reduce size:
Crop the photo to reduce file size
Send it via WhatsApp (it compresses automatically) then save and upload
