Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your country, whichever is higher)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be located in a country under trade sanctions or embargo that would prohibit your use of the Platform
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain only one (1) account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited

CTC reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password, WhatsApp or Telegram account)
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access
• CTC will never ask for your password or wallet seed phrase via email, chat, or any other channel
• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawing any earnings
• Providing false KYC information is grounds for immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all earnings

3. Earning Reward Points & Bittoken (BTT)

The Platform allows users to earn Reward Points (RP) and Bittoken (BTT) through the following activities:

• Watching sponsored advertisements (up to the daily limit)
• Completing social media tasks with linked handles
• Referring active users using your personal referral code
• Running the Telegram Mining Bot
• Participating in platform promotions, raffles, and spin events

Important: Reward Points and BTT earnings are subject to the following conditions:

• Rates, caps, and reward structures may change at CTC's discretion with reasonable notice
• BTT has no guaranteed market value until it is publicly listed on exchanges
• Earnings obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and accounts terminated
• CTC reserves the right to adjust, recalculate, or reverse earnings if errors or fraud are detected

4. Rank System & Prizes

CTC operates a rank-based reward system (Pre-Diamond through Star Director). Prizes including smartphones, laptops, vehicles, and vacations are distributed to qualifying users. The following conditions apply:

• Rank qualification is determined by Reward Points accumulated and verified direct referrals at the required rank
• Each tangible prize is a one-time award per rank level — no double redemption
• Prize redemption requires completed KYC verification and active account standing
• CTC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value
• Prize distribution timelines are subject to logistics and regional availability
• Rank fraud (purchasing referrals, using fake accounts, or gaming the system) results in permanent disqualification

5. Referral Programme

• Each user receives a unique referral code upon registration
• Referral rewards are earned only for genuine, active users who register and participate using your code
• Creating fake accounts or self-referrals is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and earnings forfeiture
• Paying or compensating others to register (beyond the platform's own reward structure) without CTC's consent is prohibited
• CTC may audit referral activity at any time. Suspicious patterns will trigger investigation and potential suspension

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with other people
• Use bots, scripts, VPNs, or automation tools to artificially inflate earnings
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform
• Impersonate CTC, its staff, or other users
• Post or share harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content about CTC or Bittoken
• Use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all accumulated rewards, and legal action where warranted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the Bittoken name, logo, brand assets, app design, code, written content, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Creative Time Center or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• BTT is a utility token. Its future market value is not guaranteed. Participation in the platform is not an investment and should not be treated as one
• CTC is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTC's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of BTT earned in the 3 months prior to the claim
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components

9. Account Suspension & Termination

CTC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — with or without notice — for:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or the Community Code of Conduct
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ consecutive months)
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination for cause, all accumulated Reward Points and BTT may be permanently forfeited. You may appeal a suspension by emailing .

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai, UAE, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
